Life at PasarMIKRO

Buka puasa bersama, our 2026 iftar gathering

10 March 2026

Plates of fried takjil snacks and rolls on a wooden table, ready for breaking the fast

On a Tuesday evening in Ramadan, the PasarMIKRO family came together to break the fast. It was our iftar gathering, buka puasa bersama: a shared meal of takjil and kurma, and an evening with no agenda.

Culture is built around tables

Eliza Octavianie, our Head of Operation and People, often talks about culture in meetings and presentations. For Eliza, evenings like this one are a reminder that culture is not built in boardrooms. It is built around tables, over shared meals, and in the laughter between bites of takjil and kurma.

What made the night special

  • Teams from operations, tech, business and beyond sitting down together
  • Real conversations, with no agenda, only people getting to know each other
  • A reminder that behind every KPI and milestone is a person who shows up every day

Ramadan has a way of slowing things down just enough to see what matters most.

Our people make the work possible

PasarMIKRO cannot run properly without the effort and contribution of our people. Our people are our asset.

We are building a platform that supports micro and small businesses across Indonesia, and none of it would be possible without the people behind the work. Every line of code, every partnership and every problem solved comes from them.

If you believe great work starts with great culture, we would like you on the team. See our open roles.
