At Pasar Mikro, we make every reasonable effort to maintain users' privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to information submitted or collected through the Pasar Mikro Application and/or website. We respect your privacy concerns and are committed to protecting them.

a. Information We Collect

As part of your use of the Application and Pasar Mikro services available through it, we may ask you to voluntarily provide personally identifiable information, including your name, email address, and telephone number. We may also collect IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, account and password information, application access information, user preferences, usage patterns, cache data, and other actions connected with use of the Application. Electronic identification data may identify and geolocate your internet connection terminal and the pages you visit, but generally cannot identify you personally.

b. How We Collect Information

We may collect personal information from several sources:

1) Information provided directly to us

When you send us a message, register, or sign up to receive our newsletter, we may collect:

1. your name and email address;
2. telephone number;
3. gender, date and place of birth, and addresses;
4. a copy of an identity card (KTP) for Indonesian nationals or passport for foreign nationals;
5. the user's latest photo or, for a company, the latest photo of its authorized representative;
6. biometric data and phonebook;
7. transaction data, including quotations, purchases, or orders;
8. financial data, including bank account and payment information; and
9. other personal information or documents reasonably required to access the Application, Content, or Services.

2) Information collected automatically

Pasar Mikro may use standard internet tools such as cookies, tags, caches, and user events to temporarily store or retrieve information connected with your use of the Application. A cookie is a text-only string that may be temporarily stored on Pasar Mikro servers. A pixel tag is a graphic on a web page or email designed to track pages viewed and messages opened. Third-party content providers may use similar tools. Information collected by those providers is collected by them, not by Pasar Mikro.

3) Data collected from third parties

We may receive personal and/or corporate data from clients relating to suppliers, buyers, or other counterparties. We may also collect such data directly, including through email or messaging applications, for verification, risk assessment, financing, and related services. We may store and process this data under this Privacy Policy.

4) Third-party sites

This Privacy Policy applies only to information gathered directly by and through the Application interface. Other sites or applications accessible through the Application may have their own privacy statements. You should review those policies before providing personal information.

5) Use of your information

Pasar Mikro collects and may use information to operate and improve the Application and services, provide customer service and support, notify you about products or services, provide content based on location, interests, or preferences, and provide, improve, or develop content through third-party content providers.

We may share information with third parties in other jurisdictions to analyze data, perform Know Your Customer (KYC), conduct credit scoring, process payments, provide marketing assistance, host websites, and provide customer support; to comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or subpoenas; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; to protect rights, property, or safety; as part of a purchase, transfer, or sale of services or assets; or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Agents and contractors must keep the information confidential. Processing is necessary for Pasar Mikro to perform these activities.

6) Your rights relating to collected data

You have the right to:

1. obtain clear information about how we use your personal information;
2. confidentiality of your personal information;
3. submit a complaint to an authorized institution;
4. access, change, or update your personal data subject to applicable law;
5. obtain historical personal data submitted to us where permitted by law; and
6. request destruction of your personal information, unless otherwise required by law.

We will be transparent about what we collect, what we do with it, who receives it, and whom to contact with complaints. A formal written request must be sent through our official email. We will confirm and process it within a reasonable number of business days. Destruction of personal data will terminate access to our services; outstanding obligations must be settled first.

7) Sharing your personal information

Pasar Mikro will not transmit identifiable personal information to third parties unless required to provide a requested service, requested by a judicial or legally authorized administrative authority, or approved by you in writing. Data may be transferred in the event of a change of corporate control, acquisition, or bankruptcy. We will use best efforts to protect confidentiality and security, but are not responsible for information you share yourself.

8) Security measures

Pasar Mikro takes administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Collected information is stored in a secure database. Our systems use current hardware and software security systems, and employees with access must keep information strictly confidential. However, we cannot guarantee that information will never be disclosed inconsistently with this Privacy Policy or that Internet transmission is risk-free.

9) Data center

Pasar Mikro may store data outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia as applicable and governed by law.

10) Cookies or similar trackers

Our Application uses cookies to distinguish you from other Users, provide a good browsing experience, and improve the Application. Cookies cannot be used to identify you, but record pages visited and visit dates and times. They may help measure traffic, component usage, and clicks. You can block cookies through your browser settings, but restrictions may affect your experience and prevent use of part of the Application.

11) Updating this Privacy Policy

Pasar Mikro may revise or update this Privacy Policy when we change or add services or content or develop better ways to serve you. The latest version governs our use of your information and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Please visit this page regularly; changes will carry a new effective date.
