Senior Corporate Sales
A key driver of our company’s revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value corporate accounts. The job’s primary focus will be on generating profitable sales opportunities, closing strategic deals, and expanding our presence in the agri-business sector.
Role Description
This is an on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Corporate Sales will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, converting qualified leads into revenue, and fostering long-term business relationships with corporate clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and pursue high-potential corporate customers in the agri-business sector
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale account management
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales campaigns and client-specific solutions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new revenue opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and upsell potential
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the agri-business or related industries
- Experienced in banking or sas platform (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and ability to structure profitable deals
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
- Highly self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of agricultural technology, supply chains, or commodity markets (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
