Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager  to join our team. This role involves traveling to rural areas, engaging with customers and educating them about our products and services. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Implementation & Coordination

Lead on the ground day-to-day rollout of the rattan project in Kalimantan and Java, ensuring progress aligns with strategic goals and timelines.

  1. Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Success, Ops) to ensure smooth program delivery.
  2. Identify risks or delays in implementation and proactively address them.
  3. Training & Stakeholder Engagement
  4. Deliver training and onboarding to rattan harvesters, coordinators, homeweavers, and center leads on using PasarMIKRO’s platform.
  5. Translate digital concepts into easy-to-understand workflows tailored to local users.
  6. Act as the face of the program in the field—building trust with community stakeholders, local leaders, and supply chain partners.
  7. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)

Oversee MEL activities for the project, including user feedback collection, data gathering, and reporting.

  1. Support baseline surveys and ongoing assessments to measure improvements in work conditions, income, and platform usage.
  2. Document field learnings and propose process or product improvements to internal teams.
  3. Support & Feedback Loop

Ensure continuous communication between field users and the internal team, bringing user insights into platform development.

  1. Troubleshoot issues with field partners and ensure user satisfaction with platform performance and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project or program implementation, preferably in agri-tech, rural development, or supply chain digitization.
  • Proven experience working with rural communities, artisans, or agricultural producers—preferably in Kalimantan and/or Java.
  • Strong understanding of mobile/digital technology and willingness to master PasarMIKRO’s tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (local dialects a plus).
  • Comfortable with field-based work, including frequent travel to remote areas.
  • Experience or interest in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning processes.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
