Accounting & Finance Administration
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Staff to support our finance and accounting operations. You will be responsible for day-to-day financial administration, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing processes
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial reports
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for audits
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payments and invoicing
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with accounting software (Xero)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
