Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Staff to support our finance and accounting operations. You will be responsible for day-to-day financial administration, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely
  • Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing processes
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial reports
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for audits
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payments and invoicing
  • Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Familiar with accounting software (Xero)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
