Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Backend Developer at PasarMIKRO in Jakarta Selatan. The back-end developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, programming tasks, and day-to-day tasks associated with back-end software development.
Qualifications
- Deep technical knowledge in Javascript/Typescript
- Advanced knowledge in Node.js/Express
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+ syntax, and Asynchronous Programming concepts
- Proficiency in databases with intermediate to expert-level experience in MySQL/MariaDB
- Having practical knowledge of RabbitMQ is a plus
- Understanding of data security principles and best practices
- Good in code reading and understanding
- Knowledge of Git as a version control system
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer (Minimum of 5 years)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
