Voted as #5 in Global Top 100 Women Supply Chain (In association with IBM, 2021), Top 100 Women in Fintech from Fintech Magazine 2021, SWA Magazine Indonesia’s List of Most Powerful Women In Indonesia 2021 and Indonesia C-League 2022.
Lishia also chairs the SME entrepreneurial development committee at APINDO – Indonesia’s largest trade association, and vice-chair for International Industry Access at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN). Lishia has done extensive work in gender economic empowerment and SME access to Finance, so much so that she is acknowledged by Innovate Finance UK, being on their Women in Fintech Powerlist 2021 in ESG category. Lishia has been helping us in getting a more efficient way to scale up the business operations.
COMMISSARY
As a serial tech-entrepreneur, he has founded several tech companies in enterprise solutions for the financial services industry. He sold his last tech company in 2007 and became a Strategy and Business Development Consultant in Telkom eCommerce initiative and PT Pos Indonesia payment point online banking development agencies until 2010 before he co-founded Ideosource Venture Capital.
He now serves as a board member in Amvesindo (Indonesian Venture Capital and Startup Association), Nexticorn (Next Indonesia Unicorn), VC and Alternative Funding compartment in Kadin (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Currently, he also serves as a President Director at PT Satria Daulat Global, Gayo Capital and Ideosource Green Initiative which is an investment holding company focussing on supporting the UN Sustainable Development Program focusing on agriculture, maritime and clean energy investment. With his extensive experience, he has been advising PasarMIKRO in elevating our overall business strategy and stakeholder relations.

Ben has been around in the startup scene for the last 15 years. He has helped in scaling up Kiva, an online lending platform for SMEs, Mapan – PT Ruma, a digital community that helps empower micropreneurs and Go-Fin (GoTo) that helps to provide access to savings, investments, insurance, and credit for all Indonesians. He is currently advising up and coming Indonesian startups such as Crowde, Pluang and Fairmoney.
Ben as our core advisor along with his partners (Aldi Haryopratomo and Junaidi, as JAB Advisory) has been essential to PasarMIKRO, advising since mid-2021, he has been supporting us in refining the business model, operating model and fundraising strategy.
